• The Avenue Residence provides a luxurious life-style for the users, the project consists of a main spine “the Avenue” which contains green & recreational areas that is considered to be the project artery. The aim was to reach a Modern architecture, aesthetically pleasing façades & functional apartments. Several villas types are designed in order to provide a variety of options for the users and meet their needs. Town houses, attached villas and duplex villas are located along the Avenue having green terraces that overlook the spine.
