Omran architect's design for Al Rashed residential Compound is a new eco-residential compound that offers more than residential facilities. The built complex and the planned robust vital urban environment provide a healthy balanced community for all user genders and age groups. The built residential units are a combination of villas and apartment buildings of different sizes and capacities while the urban environment comprises of a magnitude of lavish landscapes, 2 swimming pools and playground areas. Provisions were made for public facilities which include a clubhouse buildings, a sports facility building, security areas, as well as service and operation areas, and a workshop and storage building.
