Al Battyor Compound is a residential project located in Khobar, KSA.The minimalistic design of the buildings enhanced by environmental considerations with the dynamic design of the site makes it an iconic element within the context as well as creating a compelling urban development for the region. With a minimalistic approach in design, Simple white facades are accented with louvered openings accompanied with linear shading elements and overhangs, giving a simplified modern facade that provides luxury, comfort and modesty for the users and owners, while also improving street elevations and pedestrian walking experience. The aim of the design was to allow the presence of clustered units dynamically arranged, where harmony was an important aspect that was fulfilled during the design. Clear and viable accessibility routes were also taken into consideration to enhance walk ability within the site. The site is also provided with a vibrant center where activities and entertainment take place.
