The Sea View Beach is a coastal development in the North Coast, located on a gently sloping site with unobstructed sea-views of the Mediterranean sea. The project consists of villas, cafeterias and beach cabanas. The project components are arranged on a series of platforms, cascading down towards the sea, thus providing the maximum sea view for all users. The design concept is based upon increasing the surface area of the water front thus maximizing the beach area. The design allows the user to experience the integration and beauty between land and sea.
